Privacy Notice
We collect as little as we can. There are no analytics, advertising or social media trackers on this site. Personal data reaches us in two ways only: messages you send by form or email, and the access logs kept by our host.

What we collect and why

The browser tools on this site run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into the checklist, observation log, placement review or contrast checker is sent to us or stored by us.
Legal basis
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on legitimate interests to reply to messages and to keep the site secure, and on your request when you ask us to act on something you send.
Who receives your data
Our web host and email provider process data on our behalf to run the site and deliver email. We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising or pass it to gambling operators.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its use and to complain to a regulator, such as the Information Commissioner's Office (UK), the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or your state attorney general (US). Contact us first at hello@casinouxfieldnotes.online and we will respond within the time the law allows.

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date at the top of the page.
