Accessibility Observation Log
Log what you find while testing a casino or sportsbook product with a keyboard, a screen reader or a phone. Each entry ties a finding to a stage and a WCAG 2.2 criterion, so results from different testers line up.
| # | Stage | Component | Criterion | Severity | Observation | Remove |

The log lives in this page only. Nothing is stored or sent. Spreadsheet formulas in your text are neutralized in the CSV.
How to write a good observation
- Say what happened, not what is wrong in general. "Tabbing from the amount field skips the limit link and lands on Confirm" is useful; "keyboard issues in cashier" is not.
- Name the setup. Device, browser and any assistive technology, such as a screen reader or zoom level.
- Pick the closest criterion. If more than one applies, log the most specific and mention the others in the note.
- Rate the impact on the task. "Blocks the task" means the player cannot finish without help; "slows the task" means they can, with effort.
Severity and priority
Fix blocking findings in sign-up, verification, the cashier, safer play tools and withdrawals first, because they stop a player from reaching money or protection. The accessibility standards paper lists the WCAG 2.2 criteria that matter most in casino products, and the criterion list in this tool covers the same set.
